30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on MacDNS purchases. If you are not satisfied with MacDNS, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

• Your order number or transaction ID
• The email address used for the purchase
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank and payment provider. Contact us if you need help tracking a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, policy violations, or manipulative behavior.

Cancel Your Subscription

MacDNS subscriptions renew automatically every year. To stop the next renewal, contact support@macdns.app at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Include your order number and purchase email. You can also use the subscription management link provided with your Dodo Payments purchase, if available.

Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your license active until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling MacDNS does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment or provide a prorated refund for unused time. To request an eligible refund, follow the instructions above.

Payment Processing

Purchases through this website are sold by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable sales taxes, fraud checks, and refund transactions. Its Buyer Terms also apply to those purchases.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights relating to defective products or refunds. Any exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
